This tool calculates VUK Article 112 interest on additionally assessed tax for completed months between the normal due date and the applicable statutory end date.
Formula
Interest = tax amount × (monthly rate / 100) × completed months. VUK Article 112 disregards partial months.
Period and rate
Depending on the case, the endpoint is assessment accrual, settlement, or court-notification date. The reference rate is 3.7% monthly from 13 November 2025. Calculate official-rate segments separately.
